Shipping Policy

We at Handcrafted Lumière, offer free shipping in India for all orders. We shall dispatch orders in 2-3 business days of order placement and all shipping items are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 10-12 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India. Handcrafted Lumière is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company or on account of any factors beyond the control of Handcrafted Lumière.

Return and Refund

Return

No returns will be offered on items that have been delivered without any damages or defects. If the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine defect, then we are open to full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established. We would require unboxing pictures/ video for the same. You have 15 days to raise a return request (48 hours for damaged and defective product). We do a reverse pickup of the product which is " Damaged, Defective or wrongfully delivered" from the customer's place in a unused/ undamaged condition with all tags, bills and original packaging intact. To return or exchange a product:

1. INITIATE A RETURN

Note: For damaged and defective products, please share the product images along with the packaging images on handcraftedlumiere@gmail.com

2. PICK UP

Once your return is initiated, our executive will come and collect the products.  Your work is done!

Now with our easy return policy, returning a product is very convenient.

Refund

Once we get a return request, refunds will be made within 10-14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are X failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or package is refused by the recipient.

Any section of this website that collects personal or financial information is protected and is only accessed by our employees in order to process payments.
